Contrast and Compare
With all of the energy drinks on the market nowadays its so hard to choose which one is right for you based on flavor, energy, dietary facts etc. We understand this, energy drinks and shot can be pricey so when you find one that works for you and hits at least a single of your standards why switch up right? Why spend the money buying something you may not like? Now you are out four bucks with nothing to show for it, we know the feeling all too well.
What I would like to do right now is show you some of the top grossing energy drinks nutritional facts and then show you ours, contrast and compare.
The top two Nutritional facts are RedBull (standard 8oz Can) and Monster (standard 16oz can.) The first thing that jumps out at me about the two products is the amount of sugar used 27g for 8oz which means that monster has 54g in their 16oz can and lets face it no one splits up a can of monster into two servings. Next on my list would be B3 also known as Niacin, now if you notice all four of these products contain Niacin, the top two products mentioned above and the bottom two labels belonging to 5 hour energy and Screamin Energy® Max Hit. RedBull and monster both contain 100% niacin daily value, 5 hour energy contains 150% niacinamide aka nicotinamide, while Screamin’ Energy contains a mere 10% of niacin. Why is this you ask? niacin is is a great daily vitamin with benefits of blocking inflammatory actions in the skin such as acne but the dosage in a single serving being so high is what we like to call the fake out side effect. In high doses Niacin produces a warm flushed feeling in your face for a short amount of time and for someone who doesn’t know what causes that when they drink their 5hr, red bull, monster, etc. Would just simply believe that the item they having consumed is working. Now lets move on to caffeine, which we all know and love, so why is it that red bull and 5 hr only put 80mg of caffeine in their product? a 12oz cup of premium coffee has between 100-200mg of caffeine in it, as far as we see it you don’t mess with a formula that people have trusted as a go to since the 15th century (if it aint broke don’t fix it.) Am I right? In a half ounce of liquid we provide that plus a necessary blend of B and C vitamins.
As my last exhibit, if it pleases the blogosphere I would like to call into question, PACKAGING. We are now in such a grab and go, on the run age, whats convenient about having a bottle or a can to carry around? You could try and put it in your pocket but wow thats awkward… Is that a can of Monster in your pocket or are you just happy to see me? Slide a pouch of Screamin’ Energy® in your front, back or even shirt pocket. It’s slender, resilient and you won’t know it’s there until you need it, the perfect travel buddy. Next time you are out and about and in need of a boost, go into your local 7-Eleven or Circle-K where you will find our Screamin’ Energy® Max Hit hanging on the peg next to all the vitamins. For one third the price of a Red Bull pick one up and give it a shot, I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the power that is packed in our signature foil pouch. I rest my case.
